Enrollment and Payment Terms

By purchasing this program, the participant acknowledges and agrees to the following:
1. Final Sale and Non-Refundable Fee
The $5,000 enrollment fee is a final, non-refundable payment for a limited-capacity, time-based educational and mentorship service. Except where required by applicable law or expressly provided in a signed agreement, no refunds will be issued for cancellations, changes of mind, scheduling conflicts, lack of participation, or failure to complete the program.
2. Reservation of Mentorship Capacity
Enrollment reserves a place in the program and allocates coaching capacity, scheduling availability, and educational resources to the participant.
3. Program Access and Participation
The 90-day mentorship period begins on the agreed program start date. Participants are responsible for attending scheduled calls, completing assignments, and using the available resources. Missed sessions, inactivity, or voluntary withdrawal do not automatically extend the program or create a refund entitlement.
4. No Guaranteed Financial Results
This program provides education, coaching, and strategic guidance. Sales, profits, advertising performance, and business success are not guaranteed. Results depend on multiple factors, including participant execution, market conditions, product selection, advertising expenditure, and business operations.
5. Payment Disputes
Participants agree to contact the program provider directly to attempt to resolve billing or service concerns before initiating a payment dispute, where permitted by applicable law.
This agreement does not waive any lawful chargeback, consumer protection, or payment dispute rights. The provider reserves the right to submit enrollment records, accepted terms, communication history, attendance records, and evidence of services delivered when responding to a payment dispute.
6. Acceptance of Terms
By completing checkout, the participant confirms that they have reviewed the program description, understand the $5,000 payment obligation, and agree to the enrollment, cancellation, and refund terms, subject to applicable law.
7. Educational Services
This purchase covers educational services and mentorship only. Advertising budgets, Shopify subscriptions, third-party software, inventory, and other business operating expenses are not included unless expressly stated in writing.
