Shipping destinations

We ship to the United States, United Kingdom and Australia.

Shipping rates

Shipping is free on all orders to the United States, United Kingdom and Australia. No minimum purchase is required.

Processing and delivery

Estimated delivery is 8–12 business days from your order date, comprising 2–3 business days for processing and 6–9 business days in transit. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders received after midnight Eastern Time are processed from the next business day. Carrier or customs delays may affect these estimates.

Jackets identified as made to order are prepared for your order during the processing period. Other products follow standard order processing.

Tracking and delivery issues

We email tracking information when your order ships. If your parcel is delayed, missing or arrives damaged, email hello@windsorblume.com with your order number so we can help.

Addresses

Please check your delivery address before placing your order. Contact us promptly if it needs correcting; changes may not be possible after dispatch. We do not ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
