Do they have laces?
No. These are slip-on shoes with elastic side inserts.
Are these waterproof snow boots?
These are low-cut, lined slip-on shoes. We do not recommend them as waterproof footwear for deep snow or prolonged wet conditions.

Shipping is free on orders over $50 USD. Shipping charges for other orders are shown at checkout. Estimated delivery is 8–12 business days from your order date, including 2–3 business days of processing and 6–9 business days in transit. Made-to-order jackets are prepared during the processing period. Carrier or customs delays can affect these estimates.
Can I return an item if it isn’t right for me?
Yes. Request a free return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused and have their original tags attached. Sale items and made-to-order jackets are included. Email hello@windsorblume.com with your order number before returning anything; we’ll provide a prepaid label and the return address. To change a size or color, return the original and place a new order.
