These terms govern your use of the Windsor Blume website and any purchase you make from it. By placing an order you agree to them.
Orders
An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send the confirmation email. We may cancel and refund an order if an item is out of stock, if a price or description was published in error, or if we suspect fraud.
Prices and payment
All prices are shown in US dollars. Payment is taken at checkout through Shopify Payments and the other providers shown at checkout. We never store your full card details.
Products
Leather is a natural material. Grain, colour and markings vary between pieces, and photographs on the site are representative rather than exact.
Returns
Our returns and refunds policy forms part of these terms.
Intellectual property
All text, images and design on this site belong to Windsor Blume or its licensors and may not be reused without permission.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights. Beyond those rights, our liability is limited to the value of the order in question.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version published here at the time of your order is the one that applies.
