We ship from the United States.
Processing time
Orders are picked and packed within two business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays go out the next business day.
Delivery times and cost
United States standard: 3 to 5 business days. Free on orders over $150, otherwise $9 flat.
United States express: 1 to 2 business days, $25.
Delivery estimates come from the carrier and start the day your order ships, not the day it is placed.
Tracking
You get a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel leaves us.
Lost or delayed parcels
If tracking has not moved for five business days, email hello@windsorblume.com and we will chase the carrier or send a replacement.
Address accuracy
Please double check your address at checkout. We can change it only before the order ships.
