Returns and refunds
You have 30 days from delivery to return anything you buy from Windsor Blume, worn or unworn. We cover return shipping inside the United States.
How to start a return
Email hello@windsorblume.com with your order number and what you would like to do. We reply within one business day and send you a prepaid return label.
Refunds
Once your return arrives we inspect it and issue the refund to your original payment method within three business days. Your bank may take a further three to five days to show it.
Exchanges
Exchanges for a different size or colour are free inside the same 30 day window, subject to stock.
Damaged or wrong items
If something arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, email us with a photo and we will replace it or refund it in full, including shipping.
Non returnable items
Gift cards and any item marked final sale on its product page cannot be returned.
